Olympian Spirit--Russian Style
The 37 billion euro 2014 Sochi Olympic games haven’t just begun.
The “games” actually began decades ago when the Olympiad devolved
into a political spectacle, thanks to the U.S.S.R. and
its enslaved puppet-nations which exploited them to promote Communism through
cheating, lying, and corrupt judges who judged Olympic events as if their lives
depended on their judgments–which they probably were.
Nothing much has really changed this year as Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin‘s Russia continues the usual by screwing up the Olympic rings at the Opening Ceremonies. That could be considered just a technical glitch except for the admitted Russian cover-up of the screw-up and their substituting a glowing snowflake for the fifth ring in hopes that no one would notice.
Prior to those festivities, former KGB chief Putin, (former president, former prime minister, current president and future dictator), and his comrades showcased the “new Russia” by killing every stray dog they could get their guns on, ordering resident Sochians to surrender their pillows to athletes, hacking everyone’s phone calls and, best of all, featuring hotel accommodations that closely approximated a contemporary gulag.
