The traditional “America’s New Year Celebration,” the 125th Tournament of Roses Parade combined with the 100th Rose Bowl Game, is scheduled to celebrate those anniversaries on January 1, 2014 by joining together in a very un-traditional matrimony of two homosexuals, Aubrey Loots and Danny Leclair, atop the AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s wedding cake-shaped float which will fittingly bring up the parade rear.

Aside from anyone’s personal or religious feelings about men marrying other men and women wedding other women, a practice still banned in the majority of American states and the world, questions of propriety and purpose come to the forefront. 

That is, Is it reasonable and proper to sanction performance of a wedding during what has always been an apolitical, non-controversial, non-sectarian event?  Also, What is the intent of officials of such an event, who specifically proposed it, and why?

Those questions may never be answered though a new Facebook page campaign against the planned wedding ceremony, http://tinyurl.com/ohmt4z2, asks opponents to stay home and not watch either the parade or the game on television in protest and to boycott the sponsors.

The writing and the blogging and the videotaping on America’s wall seem to be indicating that our vacation-loving president is on the ropes and that his five-year campaign to transform our fundamentally middle of the road country into a pathetic replica of the defunct U.S.S.R. is falling like a leftist rock into a right wing ocean.
Ok, that simile limps just a tad but the evidence is still abundantly clear that President Barack Hussein Obama is in serious trouble, as is his Obamacare legacy, his misbegotten foreign policies, his personal popularity, his mainstream media support, and even public trust in his integrity.

One proof of the growing hysteria in the Obama camp is the Democratic National Committee’s Saturday evening email urging supporters to vote for Democrats in 2014 so that Republicans won’t be able to impeach their leader during the next Congress.

The shamelessly desperate email virtually begged those supporters to contribute to the DNC’s 2014 efforts and asked them to consider, “What do these people all have in common?”  The DNC then answered its own question by featuring quotes from various Republicans who are considering impeaching Obama for any number of his numerous instances of presidential misconduct and claimed, “Republicans are actually excited about the idea” of impeachment.

And, why wouldn’t they be “excited”?  After all, Obama did solemnly swear (or affirm) that he would ”faithfully execute the office of President of the United States” and would to the best of his “ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Whether the president’s actions and inactions rise to the level of “high crimes and misdemeanors” will be determined by the House of Representatives and settled by the Senate but Bill Clinton’s lying under sacred oath pales in comparison to the litany of charges that could be brought against him.

A partial list: failure to execute laws (DOMA), tampering with existing law (Obamacare), exploding the national debt, using the IRS for political purposes, bowing and scraping to world leaders, accepting millions in illegal campaign contributions from foreigners, failing to secure our national borders, mocking the Constitution by firing the GM CEO, lying about Benghazi and the Fast and Furious gun-running operation, ignoring bankruptcy laws with GM bondholders and awarding the UAW with shares of GM and Chrysler stock, awarding the IMF greater control over our economy, violating the War Powers Act regarding Libya, alienating loyal allies, supporting Eric Holder’s racist applications of the law, and trashing the First Amendment’s guaranty of religious freedom.

Former Black Panther Party leader Larry Pinkney is also excited and wants the public to know Obama is a liar, a fraud, and not really America’s president.  Pinkney said just that in a recent interview on Carl Gallups’ program on WEBY radio where he unequivocably contended that Obama is a liar, a “fraud” and “not even the President” because he was nothing more than a “pawn” with a hidden political agenda aimed at separating people.

None of the above more fully substantiate the conservative resurgence and Barack Obama’s decline and fall than the rapid decline and fall of his diehard talk radio sycophants.

The Rotten Core of the Common Core: Part Six

 

Since “The Rotten Core of the Common Core–Part Five” was posted, much has been said and written about–and disputed about–the stealth scheme to nationalize and subvert American education with the Common Core State Standards Initiative, essentially designed by hand-picked soulmates of President Barack Hussein Obama and his federal government. 
When America’s racist Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan, rarrogantly idiculed opponents of the Common Core as nothing more than “white suburban moms who—all of a sudden, their child isn’t as brilliant as they thought they were, and their school isn’t quite as good as they thought they were,” there was an understandable uproar from both those ignorant “white suburban moms” as well as from many non-white inner city moms. 

However, as usual, none of their indignation was reported by Obama’s mainstream media who instead suggest that the “problems” with the Common Core insistence on such important issues as incessant student testing are nothing more than “hiccups” equivalent to the hiccups of the catastrophic Obamacare launch. 

As Caitlan Emma wrote on Politico.com, “The education world is scrambling to avoid its own version of a full-scale HealthCare.gov meltdown when millions of students pilot new digital Common Core tests this spring.” 

According to the Washington Post, some 530 New York State school principals and almost 3,000 parents have argued against Common Core’s one-size-fits-all, standardized tests which not only produced dismal results but caused young kids to literally lose their lunches–and their bowel and bladder control!

On the second day of Kwanzaa, the fabricated holiday invented by black revolutionary Maulana Ron Karenga (Ronald McKinley Everett) as an African-American substitute for Christmas which few blacks observe, no one  reported receiving any partridges in pear trees yesterday or turtle doves today but clear messages have been sent by the Obama administration and possible Kwanzaaians that Karenga’s festival is nevertheless being celebrated in very diverse ways.

Not unexpectedly, a lackey at America’s Department of Justice headed by President Barack Hussein Obama’s hand-picked candidate for Attorney General of the United States, announced on the first day of Kwanzaa that federal hate crime charges have been filed against 27-year-old white man Conrad Alvin Barrett.  

Kenneth  Magidson, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Texas, alleged that Barrett attacked an unidentified 79-year-old black man by participating in the “knockout game” craze in Fulshear, Texas and that the DoJ therefore had no choice other than indict him in order to stress a point about odious hate crimes.

Magidson elaborated, ”Suspected crimes of this nature will simply not be tolerated and will be vigorously investigated and prosecuted with the assistance  of all our partners to the fullest extent of the law.”

That law, apparently, can be extremely flexible and subjectively applied since the “knockout game,” which involves gutlessly cold-cocking unsuspecting victims in the hope they can be knocked out with one punch, has been played nationwide almost exclusively by blacks on white victims.  Few if any of those perpetrators have been “vigorously investigated and prosecuted” for committing hate crimes because, well, just because.

Here in America, we’re blessed with a multiplicity of rights among which is the inalienable to create hoaxes for fun and/or profit and, with a modicum of luck, convince others to take us seriously as in the case of what is nowadays called Kwanzaa: A Celebration of Family, Community, and Culture.

Originally proposed as a Christmas alternative by its inventor, he apparently realized thirty years later that many of his Kwanzaa converts weren’t about to turn their backs on Christmas and that a specific Black alternative to the national holiday was more than a tad offputting to Christians as well as blatantly racist since America has no specifically White holiday so he decided his invention wasn’t really supposed to be an alternative, after all.

Got that?

You see, when you invent something, you’re pretty much free to tinker with it, even to the extent of radically changing its fundamental meaning and purpose.

And, the man who invented Kwanzaa (misspelled Swahili for “first fruits”) just two years after getting out of prison,  Maulana (Swahili for “master teacher”) Ron Karenga (Swahili for “keeper of tradition”), born Ronald McKinley Everett, knew all about radical change.

An avowed Marxist/Black revolutionary/Black supremacist, Everett had been convicted of kidnapping and brutally torturing two Black women members of his murderous Us (United slaves) cult, was sentenced to one to ten years in prison, served four, after which he immediately began rehabilitating his image and envisioning Kwanzaa.

In July 1971, psychiatrist W. D. Achuff described Karenga as “a danger to society who is in need of prolonged custodial treatment in prison . . . irrational and bizarre [and] “confused and not in touch with reality,”according to the LA Times.

In a 1978 article Washington Post article, Hollie West quoted Karenga on the formation of Kwanzaa: “I created Kwanzaa.  People think it’s African. But it’s not. I wanted to give black people a holiday of their own. So I came up with Kwanzaa. I said it was African because you know black people in this country wouldn’t celebrate it if they knew it was American. Also, I put it around Christmas because I knew that’s when a lot of bloods (Blacks) would be partying!”

But, enough about Everett-Karenga whose sadistic, criminal background includes shoving a hot soldering iron into one Black woman’s mouth and using a vise to crush another Black woman’s toe, and his racist history are open books to all but the mainstream media. 

Those media have so successfully buried his past that he is now Chairman of the Africana Studies Department at California State University, Long Beach, director of the Kawaida Institute for Pan African Studies, author of several books, former member of the organizing committee and author of the mission statement of the Million Man March, and is included on the 2002 list of 100 Greatest African Americans.

Charles, Prince of Wales, heir apparent to Great Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II, the longest-serving heir apparent in British history and the oldest heir to the throne in 300 years, may never become King of England in part because he’s a dumb jerk but mainly because his mother, the future Queen Mum knows it and would rather he be forced to tear the crown off her cold, dead head than see him installed as Britain’s monarch.

That said, the twit who was once caught confessing to his mistress Camilla that he thought it would be a “wonderful idea” to serve as her tampon, does actually say the right thing on occasion.

At a reception for religious leaders at Clarence House last week, Prince Charles addressed an issue that has been mostly ignored by President Barack Hussein Obama, namely that Christians are being persecuted for their religion in the Middle East and North Africa by fundamentalist Islamists.

Without calling the situation a War on Christians, a corrollary to the War on Christmas, Bonnie Prince Charlie semi-redeemed himself as a jerk in the eyes of normal people–if not his mum’s–which is a very good thing since we have more than enough jerks in those wars.

Here are a selected few:

—In Las Vegas, Ana Berumen reported that an unknown individual or individuals have been vandalizing her baby Angel Gabriel’s gravesite, most recently by stealing a little Christmas tree that had been placed next to his headstone and by destroying a solar light system for the tree lights.

—ESPN refused the week before to air a commercial for a Catholic children’s medical center in Missouri because the ad mentioned God and Jesus and included the offensive words, ”God’s healing,” and “We celebrate the birth of Jesus!”  To its credit, though only in reaction to a massive public outcry, ESPN quickly reversed its decision banning the Christmas commercial sponsored by St. Louis’s Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center.

 

—DailyBeast.com columnist Dean Obeidallah posted a story with the lead, “They’re terrified America’s tiny number of atheists will change the meaning of the holiday. But conservatives are the ones who are really at war with its message.”  His peculiar reasoning?  Unlike Christ, conservative Christians obviously don’t give a damn about the poor since they think Obamacare is an abomination.

 

—Punk rockers, those virtuosos of virtuosity, good taste, and decorum, have joined the War on Christmas in the persons of members of Bad Religion, a band which flaunts atheism in their new album, “Christmas Songs.”  They conclude “American Jesus” by referencing God as “the farmer’s barren  fields, the force the army wields, the expression on the faces of the starving  millions/The power of the man, He’s the fuel that drives the Klan, He’s the  motive and conscience of the murderer/The nuclear bombs, the kids with no moms, and I’m fearful that he’s inside me.”

Who are the real West Memphis Three?  The three 8 year old boys who were tortured and sadistically murdered on May 5th, 1993 and whose sexually mutilated, lifeless bodies were found the next morning in a drainage canal in the Robin Hood Hills area of West Memphis, Arkansas?  Or, the three teenaged reprobates  who confessed to savagely killing them, were convicted, sentenced to life in prison or death, and were released after 18 years, 78 days with a ten year “Suspended Imposition of Sentence”?

If you believe Hollywood and the liberal-leftist mainstream media–but why would you?–the true West Memphis Three are the confessed murderers, Damien Echols,  Jessie Misskelley, and Jason Baldwin.  If you prefer to trust common sense, you would choose the innocent child victims, Stevie Branch, Christopher Byers, and Michael Moore. 

Astute and well-informed Hollywood types such as Johnny Depp, comedian Margaret Cho, musicians like Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, Henry Rollins, and the Dixie Chicks’ Natalie Maines, reflexively flocked to defend the murderers and no less than five movies/documentaries plus a dozen or so supportive books, including one by the satanic leader of killers who had been condemned to death, Damien Echols, have convinced most people that he and his fellow sadists were victims of various miscarriages of justice. 

Just as in the OJ Simpson trial when a jury of his peers, although not most American peers, overruled the evidence that Simpson was guilty as sin through the farcical “jury nullification” gambit, liberal-leftists who are notorious for being suckers for criminals and ignoring the victimized, overruled the West Memphis evidence and supplied much of the funding for the defendants’ legal appeals.  

On the side of truth and justice stand a number of less-well-heeled individuals and websites, most notably WestMemphisThreeFacts.com, who have exposed the actual miscarriage of justice, the conditional release of the miscreants onto America’s public streets. 

The website meticulously documents the incontrovertible DNA, circumstantial and physical evidence against Echols, Misskelley, and Baldwin as well as the numerous lies, the intentional distortions, the phony alibis, the false and discredited witnesses, and the repetitious, spurious “suspects” dredged up by their new high-powered and well-financed defense team in an effort to create a reasonable legal doubt in the guilt of the already-convicted trio.

Echols, Baldwin and Misskelley were released from prison on August 19th, 2011 as part of a bizarre ”Alford plea deal” in which defendants concede the prosecution had enough proof to convict them but nevertheless assert their innocence and plead “nolo contendere” or no contest. . . Jon Stewart Mocks the Knockout Game

Jon Stewart, formerly known as Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz, Comedy Central’s liberal-leftist comic “newscaster,” thinks the bloody “knockout game” sweeping the country is a joke fabricated by disturbed conservative reactionaries–or is that redundant in Stewart’s perceptions of reality?

On Monday, Stewart laughed and scoffed on The Daily Show at the occasionally reported yet widespread brutal attacks by black assailants, mostly on white victims.  As a liberal-leftist, Stewart couldn’t quite bring himself to express much sympathy for the knockout victims and he certainly didn’t believe it would be worthwhile to increase legal penalties for such wildly-exaggerated assaults.

However, Stewart did find some serious time to call for stricter gun controls, a proven useless effort to curb crime in America and irrelevant to black knockouters who usually use their fists to blindside their victims and reserve guns for more murderous mayhem.

Meanwhile, in Rochester, New York, some rocket scientists who play the knockout game in their spare time much like normal people go bowling or play Monopoly thought it would enhance their street cred to brag on Facebook about assaulting an elderly man.
Rochester resident Tiaje Gray brilliantly shared the video of his attack with his family and friends.

Later, the other assailants in the video joked over it all and a guy with the alias “Haze on Homage” revealed his own name and the name of the other thugs involved.  Haze on Homage wrote, “He saw me the whole time getting ready to punch him it’s his fault he didn’t wanna fight.”

Good reasoning, Haze!  Are you a Jon Stewart fan, by any chance?

After the police saw the video, the Facebook post was removed but not before a screen capture was posted to Live Leak.

Demonstrating that the really fun knockout game is spreading  beyond mean city streets to the ‘burbs and is now even being played by blacks with black victims, ABC’s Eyewitness News reported that 20-year-old Long Island resident Darryl Mitchell has been arrested and will be charged with up to 7 counts of knockout assaults of a suspected dozen dating back to April of 2013.

Mitchell of North Amityville, Long Island, allegedly, has been one busy dude, attacking neighbors of varied races, including at least two elderly victims in the Babylon and Amityville areas.  One elderly black man, Darryl Jones, told ABC ”It came out of nowhere.  A single, roundhouse punch to the face that left him stunned” and left him with ”a gash above his eye that took seven stitches to close.”

The Gay Myth, Ian Watkins, and Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson

The phenomenal inroads homosexuals have made into general society over the past thirty years have been accomplished thanks to their astute exercise of political muscle and influence and to their manipulation of the mainstream media who have become complicit by consistently promoting the manufactured myth that gays are simply innocent variations on a new norm and that they have been unjustly discriminated against for millennia merely because they are misunderstood. 

In fact, The Gay Myth that homosexuals are universally good people who would never harm anyone, the myth that has won over millions of Americans to their cause, is a farce. 

Nothing, not the brutal rape, torture, and murder of 13 year old Jesse Dirkhising by two homosexual perverts in 1999–and subsequent cover up by the MSM–nor any other gay atrocities before or since better illustrate the MSM’s complicity in The Gay Myth than the recent cases of the former lead singer of the rock band Lostprophets and a star of A&E’s “Duck Dynasty.”

 Lostprophets’ Ian Watkins pleaded guilty last month and was sentenced to up to 35 years in jail by a British judge who said he had “plumbed new depths of depravity” in committing a series of depraved, sexual offenses against young children, including attempting to rape babies, sexually assaulting a one year old boy, encouraging a fan to sexually abuse her son, and filming child pornography. 

 

Judge John Royce called Watkins a manipulative and dangerous sexual predator who had abused his fame to help satisfy his “insatiable lust.”

 

Described as a “determined and committed” pedophile, Watkins had been outed as a gay perv by his then-prostitute girlfriend as far back as 2006.

 

Joanna Majic, demonstrating a hooker has a far better sense of morality than a rock star, dumped Watkin’s sorry ass after he told her his sexual fantasies revolved around abusing children and admitted he used his Lostprophets’ fame and fortune to turn young girls into “superfans” willing to allow him to abuse their kids.  Majic told police, “there’s hundreds of victims out there and you’re never going to find them because the mothers are in on it” but the police refused to investigate her allegations.

 

One wonders whether the British cops were afraid to go after Watkins in view of his status as a popular, gay rocker–and out of fear they would be criticized for persecuting innocent homosexuals.

 

No such fear bothered the very gay friendly Huffpo.com when they gleefully headined that ” ‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Phil Robertson Makes Anti-Gay Remarks, Says Being Gay Is A Sin,” as if that were important news to either Robertson or to anyone else.

 

Huffpo’s Cavan Sieczkowski went on to observe with amazement that, “Not only does ‘Duck Dynasty’ star Phil Robertson fail to understand what it’s like to be gay, but he also thinks homosexuality is a sin comparable to bestiality.  GLADD cited the “shocking new interview” and called Robertson’s statements “vile” and “littered with outdated stereotypes.”

 

Slashing and burning Phil Robertson for speaking his mind, GLADD spokesman Wilson Cruz went on to claim, “Phil and his family claim to be Christian, but Phil’s lies about an entire community fly in the face of what true Christians believe.  He clearly knows nothing about gay people or the majority of Louisianans–and Americans–who support legal recognition for loving and committed gay and lesbian couples.”

 

In an obvious effort to intimidate A&E advertisers, Cruz ranted, “Phil’s decision to push vile and extreme stereotypes is a stain on A&E and his sponsors who now need to reexamine their ties to someone with such public disdain for LGBT people and families,” a wish not endorsed by at least one brave sponsor and by millions of “Duck Dynasty” fans.

Pope Francis fully deserves Time Magazine’s nomination of 2013′s Person of the Year, albeit for the wrong reasons, and Tuffy Gessling, aka Rodeo’s Tuffy the Clown, fully deserves Sedalia, Missouri’s Person of the Year Award, and for all the right reasons.

You may recall Tuffy’s disgraceful performance at Missouri’s state fair last summer when he had the gall, the unmitigated nerve, to wear an Obama mask and tell the enthusiastic crowd that a raging bull was “gonna getcha, getcha, getcha, getcha!” and then outrageously compounded his nastiness by suggesting it’s really President Barack Hussein Obama who acts like a clown!

For those grossly offensive, unpatriotic, and allegedly racist actions, state fair officials immediately and permanently banned Mr. Gessling from ever  performing again in their venue for as long as he lived on this Earth!

The good citizens of Sedalia evidently disagreed with the slobberingly politically-correct, Obama-worshipping officials by voting for Tuffy by a wide margin as the town’s own Person of the Year over seven other worthy Sedalians.  (As of this writing, voting was still in progress.)

For his part, Tuffy was bewildered by all the kerfuffle over his skit.

It’s an unfortunate fact of contemporary life that bad news occurs far more frequently and with much intensity than good.  Unfortunately, too, we have to live with that news.

BAD NEWS

Chief among the bad news in the news includes the obvious, the continuing war in Afghanistan, the utter disaster that is Obamacare, and the spreading evil of the “knockout game” and black crime in general.

—Based on Associated Press figures, since Barack Hussein Obama took office and promised to end both the Afghanistan and Iraq wars, through the end of November, 2013, some 1,595 soldiers or nearly 75% of the total of 2,153 have died in Afghanistan, Obama’s “necessary war,” and Iraq is still awash in bombings and chaos; almost worse: No administration officials seem to know the death count.

—Recent revelations that some of the most prestigious cancer treatment hospitals in the country (New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering, the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for kids, and California’s Cedars-Sinai will participate in any Obamacare exchange scheme and few networks include Rochester, Minnesota’s Mayo Clinic; the reason: cost-cutting.

—Andrew Bullock, a black 18 year old, admitted to exposing his genitals and brutally raping a 70 year old white nun behind St. Titus Church in Aliquippa near Pittsburgh and on New York City’s Rikers Island jail, a 22 year old female corrections officer was blindsided and severely injured by a prisoner in what C.O. union V.P. Even if you live in a cocoon and prefer to hide from contemporary realities, those realities will eventually affect you and will sometimes nastily bite you on the butt.  Good news occurs much less frequently than bad and therefore deserves top billing.

THE GOOD NEWS

—One piece of good news is the report that a black woman in Brooklyn proved the “knockout game” being played nationwide by blacks, a “game” in which they cold cock innocent, usually white, victims into unconsciousness, isn’t always successful.  Turning the tables in various ways, the feisty woman beat most of the living sheat out of her black attacker and was then joined by her boyfriend who beat the rest of the stuffing out of him.

—London’s Daily Mail reported last week that the president’s approval rating has plummeted to 38% overall, to 34% on health care, and to 40% on Iran, with 49% of young people and 43% of Hispanics saying they disapprove of his job performance, 52% of the voting public saying he is not “honest and trustworthy,” and 51% believing he lacks “strong  leadership qualities.” (http://tinyurl.com/o7djon6)

The sickening tragedy visited on twenty innocent kids and six school personnel by a deranged madman a year ago was gut-wrenching for the residents of Newtown, Connecticut and for all Americans.  Capitalizing in any way or for any purpose on that horrific event represents a disgraceful insult to Adam Lanza’s victims and the people of Newtown and the frenzied anti-gun lobby is in the vanguard of those shameless Sandy Hook exploiters.

Despite incontrovertible evidence that guns save more lives than end lives; despite statistical proof that gun violence is more prevalent in states and municipalities with the strictest gun control laws; despite the reality that criminals will always be able to find and use weapons against law-abiding citizens no matter the law; despite the trite yet true axiom that people, not guns, kill people, liberal-leftists continue their cynical campaign to exploit what happened in Newtown.

Led by our propagandist in chief who used his Saturday radio address to push for national gun controls and seconded by his acolytes in the US Senate like Sen. Dick Durban, et al., their exploitation is having little effect as Americans are purchasing guns in record numbers, an estimated 300 million Americans now own one or more, and Obama’s much-beloved Hollywood and the rest of the entertainment industry continue to churn out ultra-violent movies and video ”games.”

One of Barack Hussein Obama’s most ardent supporters committed one of the most blatant exploitations of the Sandy Hook horror.  WaPo, WashingtonPost.com, saw fit to publish a story clearly designed to create fodder for future diatribes against the Second Amendment.

Fox News’ erudite–not to mention gorgeous–Megyn Kelly touched off yet another racial firestorm, common occurrences in President Barack Hussein Obama’s fraudulently “race-neutral” America, last Wednesday when she said on “The Kelly File” that both Santa Claus and Jesus Christ were white. 

The former cheerleader and now an attorney and mother of three as well as a Fox star, was roundly criticized by liberal-leftists for her remarks.  Aware they lacked any substantive reasons, most simply implied without directly articulating the charge that Megyn was a racist for speaking clear truths.   

Newsbusters.com provided a transcript of the segment, including commentary by MSNBC’s black reporter Don Lemon and late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel who both subtly criticized Kelly for saying old, Saint Nick was a white man and so too was Jesus just as most Jews are white today.

Atheists may be the most persistent warriors against Christmas and Christians but their close cousins, satanists, have to be the scariest and most repulsive by far.

Reportedly numbering as many as 100,000 in a world of seven billion souls, satanists have succeeded in gaining some degree of social acceptance and are now permitted to serve in the British Royal Navy and the U.S. Supreme Court has even debated if satanists in prisons are entitled to  constitutionally protected “religious” rights, although whether satanism should reasonably be classified as a “religion” is itself debatable.

What isn’t debatable or questionable, whether they be “theistic satanists” who worship Lucifer as a god or so-called “philosophical satanists” who believe  the fallen archangel represents a symbol of negative human traits, they are closely related to atheists, all of whom share a common antipathy toward celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.

Perhaps in an effort to demonstrate that atheists and satanists have a sense of (disturbed) humor, a menorah outside the Florida State House in Tallahassee was replaced by a six-foot Festivus pole constructed from Pabst Blue Ribbon beer cans in the middle of a nativity scene by Chaz Stevens.

The Deerfield Beach resident petulantly declared, “They opened the door. If they’re going to allow a menorah, a crèche, a Pabst Blue, a Ribbon pole, maybe a Flying Spaghetti Monster.  It’s all or none.”

As insulting to Christians and Jews as Stevens’ protest was, both his Festivus beer poll can readily be dismissed as examples of fruitcakery run amok.

(The following letter written by David Green, founder and CEO of the crafts chain Hobby Lobby, outlining the company’s legal struggles–just one of 63 nationwide–against the federal government’s unconstitutional attempts to run roughshod over religious freedom in America is more than a year old but remains an open case.  It is published here, with a few bracketed clarifications, to alert the American people to the true issues involved and since, as Green observes, President Barack Hussein Obama’s mainstream media won’t publicize his views.
The letter originally appeared as an op-ed piece in USA Today and since then U.S. District Judge Joe Heaton issued a preliminary injunction for Hobby Lobby and its sister company, the Mardel Christian bookstore chain, and granted the case a temporary stay; it may still end up in the Supreme Court. 

Should the government prevail, Mr. Green indicates he would have no other choices but to close all of Hobby Lobby’s 556 stores in 45 states employing almost 23,000 people or effectively submit to demands he and his family abandon their Christian moral beliefs.) 

The Letter:

When my family and I started our company 40 years ago, we were working out of a garage on a $600 bank loan, assembling miniature picture frames.  Our first retail store wasn’t much bigger than most people’s living rooms, but we had faith that we would succeed if we lived and worked according to God’s word.

From there, Hobby Lobby has become one of the nation’s largest arts and crafts retailers, with more than 500 locations in 41 states. Our children grew up into fine business leaders, and today we run Hobby Lobby together, as a family.

We’re Christians, and we run our business on Christian principles. I’ve always said that the first two goals of our business are (1) to run our business in harmony with God’s laws, and (2) to focus on people more than money And that’s what we’ve tried to do. We close early so our employees can see their families at night. We keep our stores closed on Sundays, one of the week’s biggest shopping days, so that our workers and their families can enjoy a day of rest.

 
We believe that it is by God’s grace that Hobby Lobby has endured, and he has blessed us and our employees. We’ve not only added jobs in a weak economy, we’ve raised wages for the past four years in a row. Our full-time employees start at 80% above minimum wage.

You have to wonder what’s wrong with them, what’s absent from their sad lives that incites and motivates them, what deep, dark places in their souls compel them to act and speak so venomously toward an innocuous national holiday of festive celebration.

This year, atheists are once again in the anti-Christmas spotlight as personified by uber-atheist Dave Muscato, PR director for American Atheists who attacked longtime Christmas/Christian defender Bill O’Reilly for his obsessed persecution complex.

Muscato took umbrage over O’Reilly’s most recent Christmas crusade in which the Fox News personality psychoanalyzed atheists in an effort to determine the bases for their bitter anger over religion and Christmas.  Bill O’Reilly is no shrink and maybe should have left psychoanalysis to neo-Freudians but, instead of picking up on his lack of expertise, the equally-unqualified Muscato sought to analyze O’Reilly.

The religion of Islam which dates to the 7th century A.D. and claims as many as 1.5 billion adherents worldwide is often called “the religion of peace” by Muslims and others, which is more a political slogan than an established truth.

The word “Islam” literally means “surrender” or “submission” and is based on the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad as written in the Qur’an as revealed to the Prophet by Allah in the year 609 or 610 when the Angel Gabriel miraculously appeared to him in a cave near Mecca and dictated the first verses of what would eventually be called the Qur’an.  Gabriel appeared to Muhammad with further enlightenment over the following 23 years until the Prophet’s death when the angel ceased making appearances.

According to TheReligionofPeace.com, “there are very few verses of tolerance and peace” contained within the Qur’an although there are “at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule,” including ”commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding” and condemnations “to Hell for Muslims who do not join the slaughter.”

Over the past fifteen hundred years, the history of Islam has been filled with war, violence, murder, assassination, and mayhem.

Given the world’s total population of over 7 billion souls, it would seem Muslims have their work cut for them to kill the remaining 5.5 billion or so infidels polluting their religion of peace.
However, they’ve gotten a damned good start as graphically illustrated on September 11th, 2001 and by other Islamic atrocities and most recently illustrated by Egyptian Muslims attacking Christian families, burning their homes, and injuring 15 infidels including a Christian teenage girl who was thrown from a 3 story window because she was  suspected of involvement with a Christian man.

All of the foregoing relates to America’s recent rapprochement, of sorts, with the Islamic Republic of Iran.  None of Iran’s Muslim men–it’s always Muslim men since Muslim women are virtual non-persons under Muhammad’s teachings–have been seen tossing 15 year old girls out three story windows lately but they have been seen tossing President Barack Hussein Obama for more than a few loops.

On Saturday at the Brookings Institution’s Saban Forum, Obama was defensively defending his and Secretary of State John Kerry’s nuclear deal with Iran because, he felt, grounds had been set for a comprehensive agreement but he cautioned that all our options were on the table if the non-agreement collapsed.

As he said, “The best way for us to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon is for a comprehensive, verifiable, diplomatic resolution, . . . If at the end of six months, it turns out that we can’t make a deal, we’re no worse off, and in fact we have greater leverage with the international community to continue to apply sanctions and even strengthen them.”

For anyone to believe what Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has already called “a bad deal” would in any way benefit the United States or Israel or the Mid East, one would have to overlook Obama’s and Iran’s–and Islam’s–proven track records.

Defined by the Constitution as applying to “The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States” for “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors,” impeachment is essentially an accusation of corruption, criminality or substantial abuse of power. 
On the federal level, impeachment is a rarity employed only 50 times in American history with a mere third ending in a trial.  Federal officeholders ranging from cabinet members to the president and the chief justice can be impeached in a two-stage process originating in the House and culminating in the Senate which determines the guilt or innocence of the accused by a two-thirds majority vote and possible removal from office.

That last provision will insure that President Barack Hussein Obama will never be found guilty even if he is ultimately impeached.

Almost forty years ago in May 1974, the Democrat-controlled House Judiciary Committee began formal impeachment hearings against Republican President Richard M. Nixon on charges related to the Watergate scandal and his attempts to cover up the criminality involved. 
Nixon avoided impeachment by resigning and was later pardoned by Republican President Gerald R. Ford.

Almost fifteen years ago in December, 1998, a Republican-controlled House of Representatives succeeded in impeaching Democrat President William J. Clinton on the basis of various financial and sexual improprieties but chiefly related to his perjury and obstruction of justice. 
Clinton was acquitted when every Democrat senator voted in his favor.

Today, visions of impeachment are again dancing through the Washington air–and with good reason.  Nixon was almost impeached and Clinton was impeached not as much because of, respectively, the ill-conceived burglary at the Watergate complex and Monica Lewinsky, but because both presidents lied.  Nixon lied and covered up the actions of the so-called White House Plumbers and Clinton lied, under oath and to the American people, that he “did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.”

Both presidents were eventually exposed as liars just as the most consummate liar in the history of the America presidency will eventually be exposed. Furthermore, lying will be the least of the charges against the man widely portrayed as a brilliant constitutional scholar who, with other members of his administration, have treated our Constitution as virtual toilet paper to wipe clean their impeachable offenses.

The bases for impeachment proceedings against Obama could fill a book to overflowing.

One biased Democrat source, the Columbus Dispatch, cited a limited number of House GOP accusations against the president.

They included “bombing Libya without congressional authorization; delaying implementation of some provisions of Obamacare; waiving immigration restrictions to enable children of illegal immigrants to remain in the United States; easing federal drug enforcement in states that have legalized the medicinal or recreational use of marijuana; ending mandatory-minimum prison sentences for some drug offenses; and permitting the Internal Revenue Service to scrutinize conservative organizations’ applications for non-profit, tax-exempt status.”

However, and as serious as those charges are, they represent a surface-scratching of the reasons Obama should be impeached.

Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela died on Thursday at age 95 at his home in Johannesberg, South Africa after a long illness.

A man who led many lives–anti-colonialist, anti-apartheidist, politician, national icon–Mandela is being mourned worldwide as one of the greatest Africans in history whose greatest contribution to his country may have been what he said after spending 27 years in prison: “As I walked out the door toward the gate that would lead to my freedom, I knew if I didn’t leave my bitterness and hatred behind, I’d still be in prison.”

Indeed, he seemed to leave that bitterness and hatred at Robbens Island and his example as South African elder statesmen saved his country from the fate suffered by its neighbor, the former Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, where blacks under Robert Mugabe wreaked vengeance on their previous white overlords and drove their nation into chaos and starvation.

Recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, the US Presidential Medal of Freedom, the Soviet Order of Lenin among hundreds of other awards, Madiba,  (Mandela’s clan name), was accorded the extraordinarily high honor by President Barack Hussein Obama of being compared to America’s Abraham Lincoln when Obama said shortly after hearing of Mandela’s death, he now “belongs to the ages.” 

Whether Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was in any way comparable to Lincoln or whether he truly “belongs to the ages” is a matter of some conjecture.  Lincoln certainly didn’t share the South African’s early history of terrorism, mass murder, and inciting rebellion. 

As leader of UmKhonto we Sizwe, (MK), the terrorist wing of the ANC and the South African Communist Party, Mandela admitted at his 1962 trial to 156 acts of public violence, including bombing campaigns in which a number of innocent people, including women and children, were killed.

Because Mandela refused to renounce violence, Amnesty International declined to defend him since “it could not give the name of ‘Prisoner of Conscience’ to anyone associated with violence.”

The National Football League’s annual Super Bowl game is the most-watched sporting event on the planet just about every year and probably will be again for Super Bowl XLVIII when it’s held on February 2, 2014 at the open-air MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, hopefully during a blizzard.

A cash cow for the NFL, the Super Bowl has generated over a billion dollars for the league since its inception in 1967 thanks to exorbitant ad revenues which this year averaged almost $4 million for a 30-second commercial plus gate receipts of over $70 million, fees for luxury boxes, concessions, and parking.

No doubt the halftime show will be another blockbuster replete with half-naked stars of stage, screen, and television and maybe another intentional wardrobe malfunction, and commercials advertising everything from beer to booze to erectile dysfunction remedies–but not guns.

You see, anything related to guns is not politically correct nowadays because guns not people kill people and guns singlehandedly kill many thousands of people in America every year–and the NFL has had more than enough problems with players shooting and killing people, thank you very much!

The oozing hypocrisy of the tax exempt NFL in twice declining to sell airtime for a 30 second spot on the next Super Bowl extravaganza to the Georgia brick and mortar store, (as opposed to online outlets), Daniel Defense, because the ad allegedly violates the League’s non-violent philosophy is beyond sickening. 

Specifically, the NFL advised Fox Television that the commercial violates its inviolable ad restrictions: “Firearms, ammunition or other weapons are prohibited; however, stores that sell firearms and ammunitions (e.g., outdoor stores and camping stores) will be permitted, provided they sell other products and the ads do not mention firearms, ammunition or other weapons.”

However, Daniel Defense does sell “other products,” including men’s and women’s apparel, a fact that went for nought.

The administrative judge for the Department of Justice who cut a bunch of slack to allow our president’s “Dear Aunt Zeituni,” an illegal alien, to remain in the United States in 2010 has now seen fit to do likewise for her brother, Obama’s illegal alien “Uncle Omar.” 

 

According to the Boston Globe, “US Immigration Judge Leonard I. Shapiro issued his ruling from the bench. He said he believed Onyango Obama was a gentleman, a good neighbor, paid his taxes, and met the criteria for legal permanent residency, commonly known as a green card.”

Judge Shapiro rendered that considered opinion despite the facts that “Uncle Omar,” as nephew Barack affectionately called him in Dreams from My Father, had illegally overstayed his student visa by over forty years, was ordered deported in 1986 and 1989, lost his appeal in 1992, ignored the deportation orders, and had been charged with DUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to yield the right of way in Framingham, Massachusetts in 2011.

The Globe, which like the New York Times only prints the news that fits, tucked in the very relevant note at the very end of “Obama’s Uncle Allowed to Remain in US, Judge Rules” that Shapiro “is the same immigration judge who approved an asylum request for Onyango Obama’s sister, Zeituni, in 2010. She attended [Tuesday's] hearing to show her support for her brother and to testify on his behalf, but Shapiro said he did not need to hear from her.”

Of course he didn’t.  Why needlessly waste time?  The fix was in!

When America’s Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan, sarcastically told a group of school superintendents last month that it was “fascinating” to see opposition to the Common Core initiative coming from “white suburban moms who—all of a sudden, their child isn’t as brilliant as they thought they were, and their school isn’t quite as good as they thought they were,” he ignited an educational firestorm not only among “white suburban moms” but among many non-white, non-suburban mothers.

Duncan, one of Barack Hussein Obama’s old Chicago cronies who helped run Chicago’s public school system into the ground and who had been educated in elite private schools and who had never taught a day in any school, soon apologized for his arrogantly racist slander. 

Apparently in full apologetic mode, he also apologized for lying about teachers getting fired as a result of congressional sequester cuts and admitted to his fellow Cabinet officers that pink slips to teachers were handed in Kanawha County, West Virginia only because of that school district’s prior union agreement.

Conceding he misspoke on the latter, Duncan went on to emphatically declare, “Language is really, really important, and I want to apologize for not being as clear as I should’ve been last week. Because I wasn’t as clear, the spotlight was put on me and that’s never ever my goal.”

His unstated but obvious goal is really, really to commit and enforce the massive educational malpractice that is really, really at the rotten core of Common Core.

Rejecting Duncan’s empty, redundant apology, one non-white mom cited by Michelle Malkin indignantly and articulately responded to the Secretary’s put-down: “As a brown-skinned suburban mom opposed to Common Core, I can tell you I’ve personally met moms and dads of all races, ethnicities, backgrounds and parts of the country over the past year who have sacrificed to get their kids into the best schools possible. They are outraged that dumbed-down, untested federal ‘standards’ pose an existential threat to their excellent educational arrangements–be they public, private, religious or homeschooling.” 

If nothing else, the misbegotten Common Core farce which will soon rival in unpopularity that other misbegotten brainchild of the Obama administration, Obamacare, has succeeded in mobilizing suburban and metropolitan public school, private school and homeschooling moms and dads to actively campaign against its rottenness.
